Orange
The orange is a citric fruit with flavor varying of the candy for the lightly sour one. It is a rich fruit in minerals salts as, for example, phosphorus, calcium and iron. Beyond them minerals salts, the orange is rich in vitamin C, also possessing a good amount of vitamins and the complex B.
It is a little caloric fruit, possessing approximately 40 calories for 100 grams. The tree that produces this fruit calls Orange-tree. It is a hybrid fruit, created in the past, from the crossing of the tangerine and pomelo.
The origin of this fruit is India. The version candy of the fruit was taken for Brazil for the Portuguese, who had known it in China.
It is a rich fruit in juice and when it is mature assumes the orange coloration or, in some species, it remains in the green color. Very it is used for the production of juices and candies.
